RCS is a great product with the "best" in customer service and product support. The few times I've had issue the respond has been within minutes with a quick solution to my issues.
Client is requesting for a call back regarding online platform. Lisa called him back to address his inquiries.
Client requested to correct their address information on their quote proposal for RCS Catering software. Jillian got it updated for them including the graphics that go on their letters.
Client requested help on how to go back in the RCS Catering software so she can continue with the demo and also wanted to know if it will be the same system once going live. Lisa sent the information needed and confirmed that it will be the same system except for the fake menu which will be replaced by their real menu.
Client is requesting for assistance because she was locked out of the RCS software. Lisa called her and left number to call for further assistance. Client was able to log back in. Lisa sent her the link to which employees should use for log in.
Client requests to change their website banner in their Restaurant Catering website. Lisa has forwarded the message to Jillian who successfully got it updated for the client.
Client is looking for a report(by store) in the Restaurant Catering software that only includes delivery charges. She also wants to make sure that the figure showing from the Overview tab report does not include tax and delivery charges. Sent her videos and a screenshot as a guide to where it shows from the software.

Client requests to change location name in their RCS Catering software from 'Lovepizza Canterra' to simply say 'Lovepizza' to avoid confusion to some customers. Meredith informed we can and forwarded to tech team to change the URL and updated the client after the change was completed.
